چکیده
3D wafer packaging represents a significant component of the total level processing cost. Replacement Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) process step with corresponding dry etch can yield time and cost savings. Incorporating equipment already utilized in integrated during subsequent Through Silicon Via (TSV) reveal step, efficiencies be achieved, overall die yields being maintained. Using technology to treat 200nm rough back-ground silicon surface, smooth surface peak valley roughness less than 6nm is demonstrated. This patented differs from other smoothing techniques that it aims eliminate any visual grind marks rather just reducing roughness. The elimination visible critical later optical inspection where they are falsely identified as defects. quality equivalent CMP processed such, this has been implemented manufacturing replacing step. novel described combines modification followed by reduction an iterative manner produce without post processing.

Cellulose conversion in dry grind ethanol plants.
The expansion of the dry grind ethanol industry provides a unique opportunity to introduce cellulose conversion technology to existing grain to ethanol plants, while enhancing ethanol yields by up to 14%, and decreasing the volume while increasing protein content of distiller's grains. The technologies required are cellulose pretreatment, enzyme hydrolysis, fermentation, and drying. Laboratory ...
متن کاملPhosphorus flow and characterization in dry-grind corn ethanol plants.
Both the high phosphorus (P) content and P bioavailability of the animal feed coproducts of the corn-ethanol industry could potentially contribute to increased manure and soil P levels and associated environmental issues (e.g., eutrophication). Therefore, a detailed modeling of total P mass flow to the coproducts (i.e., dry distillers grains with solubles, DDGS) was performed. Distribution of P...
متن کاملDry-grind processing using amylase corn and superior yeast to reduce the exogenous enzyme requirements in bioethanol production
BACKGROUND Conventional corn dry-grind ethanol production process requires exogenous alpha and glucoamylases enzymes to breakdown starch into glucose, which is fermented to ethanol by yeast. This study evaluates the potential use of new genetically engineered corn and yeast, which can eliminate or minimize the use of these external enzymes, improve the economics and process efficiencies, and si...
متن کاملElement concentrations of dry-grind corn-processing streams.
The dry-grind corn process is one of two technologies used to convert corn into ethanol. In this process, all kernel components are processed through several sequential steps, including fermentation. Only one coproduct (distillers' dried grains with solubles [DDGS]) is available for marketing. DDGS provide income to offset costs of processing; issues that affect marketing have implications in t...

Negative regulation of Wingless/Wnt signaling plays an important role in embryonic patterning and is also needed for tumor suppression in adult tissues. New findings in Drosophila reveal a novel mechanism for down-regulating the activity of the Wingless/Wnt pathway.
